Never enough screens
Sitting at your desk in one position is not ideal for your health. So I installed a few more screens so I can shift around a lot without losing sight of my work :) Feeling so healthy.

Float's Mobile Agent
I use Float's Mobile Agent (FMA) to synchronize my text-messages, calendar and (Outlook) contacts between my pc and my Sony-Ericsson k800i. It's simply the best and fastest solution out there....... and it's open-source.
